Project leaders may be from any country in the world.
For non-French project leaders, at least 1 partnership with a French organisation must be established to develop international collaboration and promoting the results.

Deadline for submission of full proposals: Monday, 05 October 2026 inclusive, at midnight (Paris time).
Notification of selected full proposals to project leaders: Friday, 18 December 2026.
